This quick guide will help you point your namecheap server to your own server by changing its nameservers.
1. Go to the domain list and find the nameservers under the domain tab.
- The namecheap basic dns namservers are dns1.registrar-servers.com and dns2.registrar-servers.com. To change this, select custom DNS and add your nameserver.
- Click the check icon to save your changes.
Note: This change will be applied after a couple of minutes but, there cases that it may take up to 48 hours.
