Upon starting a virtual machine, some will face problems that requires some exploration to the setting of the new pc. This error tells that the PC does support AMD-V but it is disabled on the BIOS of the computer. The steps are provided below to solve this issue.
1. In order to go to the BIOS advanced setting, restart the PC and while it is booting, press F2 hotkey.
2. Switch to advanced mode and find the SVM mode to enable it.
3. After enabling it, you can save it and restart.
You can now start the Virtual Machine without this issue.
